Here is another crazy one. When Vice City came out the original Super Mario Bros. for NES was 17 years old. Vice City is now 18 years old. So Vice City is now as much of a retro game as Super Mario Bros. was when Vice City was released.

GTA Vice City takes play in 1986. Which was 16 years in the past when it was released in 2002. It is now 18 years from the release of VC. If a retro game like VC came out today it would take place in 2004!

Super Mario Bros is 35 years old, which is 3 year older than Mark Discordia was when he sent his letter into Nintendo Power.
