Dreamcast Fish Life Console?

Most of us are here from the old DCemu board so we all used to be pretty heavily into the Dreamcast. I'd thought I'd heard of every Dreamcast console variation and special edition until I saw this.

Has anybody here ever heard of this thing? Here is a very short video I found on it



It is kind of neat but the seller ask 10K for it is insane. He mentions it has no DC controller inputs, and that you would have to open it up and connect the controller board from a standard Dreamcast to have controller support. That seems pointless to me since you'd have to leave the cover off for the wires to be able to come out of it. Plus why would you by something like this just to use it as a regular Dreamcast? It doesn't come with the Fish Tank software or the special touch screen monitor that works with the Fish Tank software. Without those you would basically be paying 10k for a Dreamcast in a special case with no controller ports.

I find it surprising that here in 2018 I am still finding new Dreamcast hardware that I never knew existed!
