anyone use gmx and have problems lately?

for the past week I've had my email act up & had to reset my password on GMX about 6 or 7 times so far, anyone else use GMX & noticed this or is it just me being unluckly? acording to Avast, Malwarebytes & Spybot there doesnt seem to be any nastys hiding but I cant work it out, gonna ask my mate later but thought I'd see if I was alone in this or not
