In a way the Sheik episode was like a reverse of a Darkside episode. A lot of those are about people hiding their darkside from the public but the Sheik was hiding his good side from the public and never wanted people to know Ed Farhat was a nice guy.

Oh and if this episode wasn't enough of a knife to the heart, the one I'm dreading the most is coming up.
I really don't know if I can watch that one.

Daffney got David Flair over, she should be in the HOF for one of the most impossible tasks.

Hundred percent in agreement. Her WCW and TNA runs had no business being as good as they were and it's astonishing how many times she made chicken salad out of chicken shit. Plus she played a damn vampire in Wrestlelicious.
Fuckin' hell

Yeah, this Daffney episode is depressing as fuck even just on the show intro. And her family seem like such great people which makes it sadder. Poor woman.

I don't feel right comparing this episode to the others. This one hit on a completely different level, Words actually fail me right now. Sobbed my ass off.
Oh and fuck TNA management and I hope they all die in a fire.

I think it hit hard because her story really is completely different than the others. You can write a lot of misery from this show away by saying "Well, they were fans growing up so they're brainwashed to take the abuse to live their childhood dream." But Daffney, and it seemed even her brother and father, didn't care at all about wrestling until she joined WCW. And they're from Georgia, even. So it shows the addiction to being in the industry is so big you don't even have to like it to let the industry abuse you to your death.
And her story was more well documented than people of the 70s 80s and 90s usually on the show, because the early 2000s into 2010s where her career happened was when wrestling was better documented than ever with the internet and SHIMMER DVDs being sold online or videos put online, plus her vlogs/IGLives. They even had TNA recording her after she was getting treatment from the concussion that ended up being a big factor in the end of her life.
