Left 4 Dead first released in 2008. The unreleased level, Dam It, "stitches together" Dead Air and Blood Harvest and includes a couple of Survival maps not previously released, either.
"Some code features are missing, but it's playable from beginning to end," co-founder Chris "MacMan" Ashton stated on the official forum. "It also includes two standalone survival maps that never shipped."
Known issues include a burning forest section with a burn trigger that stays on too long, moving too quickly will cause you to take burn damage, the dam spawn room is missing health kits and weapons, and the elevator models have an offset origin in the dam (players can still get on and use them, but they are invisible and wall collision is missing).
