Finally got around to watching At World's End but I didn't feel like writing a review.

Osprey and Okada are so goddamn good. The first semifinal was great but the final was just on another level of awesomeness. Okada is just supernaturally good at all facets of the game. Nice to end the year with a pair of classics - the latter was easily * * * * *

The rest of the show sure was a wrestling show! May and Rosa had about as much chemistry as me and my last girlfriend and Mone/Statlander was decent only because Statlander is a god damn superworker and had me going before the bitch with all the creative control won again. Main event was mid. MJF/Cole was mid.

Yeah, the Mercedes experiment flopped. She doesn't draw and Tony way overpaid. As soon as the crowd chose Willow over her the writing was on the wall. A woman nobody knew got more over than somebody who was on WWE TV for 10 years. Because Willow has infectious positive energy and Mercedes just has a dance.

She has one other thing - quite possibly the worst, most unsafe finisher I have ever seen.

If anyone has MAX, they've put all of the 2019 AEW shows on there and November and December 2024 TV shows. Dynamite starts simulcasting on it tonight.
