Yeah, but these guys are a prime reason why dumpster diving is illegal in many states. They go to a dumpster, completely trash the place, throw shit all over the ground and leave with mostly junk that they will likely throw away anyway. Just watch the first video. They pull a tube TV out of the trash, throw a fucking paint can at it and splatter paint everywhere, open a beer and splatter it all over the building, and toss shit they don't want on the roof. It not dumpster diving, it's vandalism. I have no doubt that if stores started putting locks on their dumpsters, they would just show up with bolt cutters. Oh, but of course it's Gamestop employees that are assholes...

I gotta admit I didn't watch the videos for the reason I mentioned previously. Now I don't know if I'll watch them because they sound like complete pricks.

They didn't start out being so over the top, the stupidness gradually started appearing. Here's their first dumpster diving video:

They've mentioned in past videos that a lot of the stuff they find like the kids books they give to charity. And after typing that I see that they have recently uploaded something that is kind of about that subject.

Dumpster divers are dicks, no question.. Rubbish raiders are the good guys!!
Trawling through shit to find something you might like in dumpsters is pathetic... Finding a perfectly fine Xbox 360 on the side of the road is AWESOME..
There's a difference between trawling through shit, and seeing something that catches your eye when you're driving past..

I'll stop if I see a computer on the side of the road... I'll check it out. If it's a piece of shit that's not worth my time, I will leave it. but if it's a first gen i7 that needs a bit of work.. YES I WILL PICK IT UP...
Dumpster divers seem to lack that sense of worth.. They'll find some DS cases among the mountain dew bottles and soiled condoms and think it's the best score ever..

Being the only NON-HOARDER from a family of hoarders... There's a reason people throw perfectly fine shit in dumpsters... And from personal experience (the shit I've thrown out), you could find anything from a .0001 cent brick to a $900 bike in the shit pile...

A lot of the US dumpster divers do find some cool stuff due to them having better game/thrift stores, things which shouldn't be thrown out.

I've never been dumpster diving and have never taken anything from other people's hard rubbish. Had plenty of things taken from our hard rubbish though. I would take games & systems if I ever saw something good but all I've ever seen are Rock Band drum kits. No thank you!
