As a divergence from previous official titles in the series, Fallout: London is not set in America. Team FOLONยฎ operates as an independent entity responsible for the development of the Fallout: London mod for Bethesda's Fallout 4โ„ข game. We want to emphasize that Team FOLONยฎ is a separate legal entity from Bethesdaโ„ข, the publisher of Fallout 4โ„ข.

No, it's not bad. The mod looks good and Fallout 5 is probably a decade away.

Amazon's Fallout show has already been renewed for a second season

The show's first season will debut on Amazon Prime this week

Amazon's Fallout TV show has been renewed for a second season.

Variety reports that the show, which will debut its first season this week on April 11, has been renewed for a second. Filming for the second season will see production move to California as part of a tax incentive.

The California Film Commission announced this week that it awarded $152 million in tax incentives to multiple shows, with Fallout being the largest.

The show's first season, which stars Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, and Aaron Moten, was shot mostly in New York, with some additional filming taking place in Utah.

"Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there's almost nothing left to have," reads an official description of the show.

"200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind โ€” and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them."

The first episode of the Fallout series will be broadcast on the live-streaming platform Twitch.

On the same day as the whole season is made available on Amazon's Prime Video subscription service, fans will be able to watch the first episode on Twitch via a number of streamers including Shroud, BrookAB and TheOnlyRyann.

I have always wanted to make my own video games - but have never had the skills (or the time). I had the thought recently that I use EXCEL far too much, so I thought why not make my own games in EXCEL. This is the next rendition - a Fallout inspired RPG game in EXCEL
Download plus how to play it:

Xbox Wants The Next Fallout Game To Come Sooner, It's Claimed

Fallout is running rampant at the moment, but it's not all for good reasons. In recent weeks, we've seen the Fallout TV show released to an overwhelmingly popular reception and the player counts across the entire catalogue of games skyrocket on all platforms. On the other hand, we also saw the Fallout 4 next-gen update release in a woeful state, disappointing fans worldwide.

Now, it has been claimed that Xbox is hyper-aware of the anticipation for the next Fallout game and is eager to explore opportunities to make that arrive sooner rather than later.

2030s, Minimum

Presently, it's expected that the next Fallout game โ€“ potentially just 'Fallout 5' โ€“ won't arrive until the 2030s. Bethesda Game Studios needs to finish the development on Starfield and then create and release The Elder Scrolls 6. It was recently revealed that a playable build of The Elder Scrolls 6 exists, but it's years from completion.

With that in mind, and taking into consideration the recent popularity explosion of the Fallout franchise, it comes as no surprise that Xbox wants to expedite the development of Fallout 5.

On a recent episode of The Xbox Two Podcast, Jez Corden claimed that 'the company is aware' of the demand for the Fallout label, and everyone is acutely aware of how successful the next title in the series will be. At this point, one of the only avenues the company could take to speed up the development of Fallout 5 is to take it away from Bethesda Game Studios entirely. That would make it the first major Fallout game not developed by Bethesda since 2010's Fallout New Vegas.

The hype will inevitably die off, but now there's a stellar television series in the mix, and each new season will bring players flooding back โ€“ should Xbox take advantage of that trending timeline?

Fallout 4's 'next-gen' upgrade launched with a range of issues - not least that the quality mode didn't work on Xbox consoles. Bethesda Game Studios has fixed that issue, but actually opened the door to a whole range of quality vs performance options - and added those options to PlayStation 5 as well. Tom Morgan re-reviews the upgrade with a comprehensive range of testing, finding that the new options are welcome - but the intrusive hitching isn't and needs addressing.
