How do I burn cdi files with DiscJuggler?

I've heard something about it needing to be disc at once (DAO) mode but what does that even mean? Then there is also selection for Mode 1 or Mode 2? I'm guessing it should be Mode 2 since Sega made the Mode 2 arcade that had Daytoner America. I don't know if each game requires special settings? I am wanting to try some of the best games on the Dreamcast. I am trying to bern the following games
