Re: The Mass Shootings/Stabbings Thread
I’m bumping this because we just had a mass shooting that’s pretty close-to-home to me.
I have a co-worker that works part-time at that FedEx facility. In some crazy twist of fate, yesterday was his last day working there since he got a full-time job where I work. Luckily he finished his shift hours before this happened.

Re: The Mass Shootings/Stabbings Thread
Ok, I've solved the mass shooting problem before by suggesting the only way for Americans to get Popeyes chicken sandwiches is by trading their assault rifles.
Now I will solve it again. Why don't you guys just change the definition of 'Mass' to be 50+ people?
then it will look like there's hardly any mass shootings at all...
If I have 4 chicken sandwiches you'd hardly say I have a lot. But if I had 50, you'd say that's a massive amount.

I’m sorry, what shooting was this one? I can’t be expected to keep track of every one of these.

The one gun owner in Canada and look what happens!
The toll would have been lower but the victims didn't recognise the gun as a threat having never seen one.
The police asked the gunman to please put it down or they would ask more firmly and he said ok buddy.
