It's already Christmas day, and I've woken up early.
I'm not staying awake this morning though, I'm going back to bed so I can wake up at a more sensible hour (maybe 7-8 am, the current 2 means I'll be asleep before lunch even starts)
I wish everyone on bg a great day and virtual hugs for you all.
Unfortunately, Hawq will beat me to the last ashens advent video.
I probably won't be on when the sun is out so because it's not Christmas for our international friends yet, just pretend you didn't see this and come back at a more appropriate time.
Happy Christmas!

Fuckin' sick cunt Aussie Christmas!
But you're thinking of Austria that throws shrimps on the Barbie!
Come to think of it... I haven't used mine or even been to a Barbie in like 6 years.
I don't know who the fuck decided cooking outside in the heat surrounded by flies and spiders and mozzies was a good idea. I think in the 1940's to 80's It made sense because you wouldn't want to cook indoors and make the house hotter, but when Australia got Electricity in 1991 and Air conditioners in 1992 the Barbie became entirely redundant.

Re: Happy Christmas!
All my Christmas plans got thrown out of wack because we were waiting for my gf's sister's covid test to come back. She was sitting next to someone at work during the week who tested positive, so we were waiting for a negative result before doing anything.
Not that I'm complaining, I was super productive and did a bunch of yard work I'd been putting off since I moved to this place in October
