That is delicious. I see you get your choice of beef, lamb or chicken. I probably make roast chicken the most. Lamb is kinda hard to find in America. Grocery stores usually just have lamb chops. So you have to go to a butcher and request a piece of lamb to roast.

You can get lots of different cuts of lamb from the supermarket in Australia.
A slow cooked leg or shoulder of lamb is awesome, the meat just falls off the bone when it's done and is super soft and moist.
With chicken I usually use a rotisserie oven.

Yeah, for some reason Americans don't like lamb.A Greek guy I know couldn't believe it when he moved here. He was pissed a leg was hard to find.

Just saw this and it can vary - Beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, pork and roast gammon. Some recipes here: http://www.tobycarvery.co.uk/tobytips and Toby's is a good place for a carvery/roast dinner type meal too.Is that just a roast beef? I make that roasted with carrots and small potatoes.
