I can now confirm it is indeed 2021 in Australia.
I wasn’t going to say happy new year and appear to be an idiot like my neighbours down the street, they were so wasted they started the countdown like 2 minutes too early..
I was outside and smoking and joking about how stupid they were and while I was laughing at them, I was about 30 seconds too late for any sort of count down.

So how's everyone wasting their new year?
I'm scrolling mindlessly through popular on reddit while watching a Married... With Children marathon and playing clicker heroes.
2021 is already shaping up to be much like 2020. And 2019. And half of 2018.

I have completely wasted the first week of the year.
The only thing I have actually done is gone around to a drunken mate’s place to watch The Mandalorian. I think there might of been some other people there too, and possibly an elf, but I was practically asleep and not sure if I dreamt of the entire episode. I seem to have the Mandalorian season two on flash stick so it was the most productive hallucination I have had in some time.
