How many Math Blaster related suicides have there been since 1983?

Does anyone have any data on this? It doesn't have to just be suicides any kind of loss of life will do. A lot of crazy things goes on in this world of ours. So is it possible that at some point in time there was a death that was related to Math Blaster?
