How could any guy put up with that? And having kids of my own, I couldn't imagine allowing my kids to only eat one food. My son loves chicken nuggets, but I'm not going to make them as a substitute to every single meal. If he won't eat whats on the table, he doesn't eat. Simple as that.

I've seen shows like this and other variants of it too and it makes me wonder whether those involved have a deep rooted psychological issue or issue(s) which makes them have a hankering for a certain food or food groups. This better explains it:

I love England, I'd vacation there once a year if I could afford it. But you all have such disturbing documentaries on your networks. American Networks just stick to sadistic murderers documentaries on Oprah's ID Network, since Americans are numb to violence.

That reminded me of one of my favorite Louis CK bits.

Yea, you can thank Channel 5 for the wacky documentaries, it's basically 'trash TV'. Channel 4 brings the wackiness on occasions too. It's best to pick and choose with them as some are just really wack. With cable & satellite and freeview (which is kinda like basic cable) there's other channels to check out, so it's not like UK folks have to watch them. But speaking of these docs I watched a hilarious one once which is when they had these skinny guys have these huge chicks roll on them and basically crush them as they got off on it.
