Haven't played GTA 5 in quite awhile
I'm bored so I figured eh I'll mess around with GTA V for a little bit. It has been many months since I last played it so I expected some updates. First it downloads a 50mb update. Not bad at all. Then I sign into my social club account and it starts downloading another update 3.18GB!!!!! That is just ridiculous! My connection here is 2mbps down which is about the best you can get around here. So at a download speed of around 150kb/s I'm looking at about 6 hours or so to download this damn update! 6 hours to download an update for a game I would have probably only played for 30 minutes.

Dude I hear ya. Current sync speed is 3Mbps. If I want to play GTA I either have to get it sorted first thing in the morning or set the updates to happen the night before.Calavera wrote:I'm bored so I figured eh I'll mess around with GTA V for a little bit. I've gotta do a full install of it when my computer is back... I am dreading the 5 weeks it will take to download.
