I get a white actor doing a stereotypical Indian accent is wrong. But what is wrong with the actual Apu character? He's portrayed as a successful, intelligent guy who was an eligible bachelor and is brave enough to be a volunteer firefighter. That's better than every white male character on the show, who is either stupid or a weirdo or greedy.

I didn't get the article or what the authors point or problem was untill I saw the line "Yay, men take the credit once again"
OH, this must be a woman writing it who has no sense of humour!!!

WHOLE THING MADE SENSE THAT INSTANT.. then I saw the line:
"I don’t understand why she doesn’t just divorce Homer’s dumb ass"

Of course she doesn't understand... I had a friend Cheryl years ago. she stayed with an abusive dick of a man for YEARS simply because she loved him.. But yeah, she had a sense of humour, and knew more about the Simpsons than even me. We were friends till the day I deleted facebook.

I respect my friend who stayed with a dickhead simply because of love who had a sense of humour more than I could respect a jilted stereotypical feminist who can't get laid.

Her choice not to like the Simpsons. But if you didn't enjoy Last exit to Springfield or Marge Vs the monorail, you probably won't ever enjoy anything in life...

Yea a imitator sung Mikes part on The Simpsons. I believe like Matt said Sony wouldn't let him sing which was back in the day artists had to get permission from their label to guest on other artists records. Unless they used a fake name like Prince did.



MJ sings the first part the rest is by the soundalike. As you can near there is actually a very apparent difference between their vocals and tone.
