Two Dogs Rooting is so crazy that he not only cuts himself, but also random people at bus shelters and train stations.

He once urinated from the sky deck and then call the weather bureau with prank calls about rain in the city.

He also orders pizzas to get delivered to random strangers and phones them to tell them the good news that they have won seventy-ninth prize in the national raffle which gets them pizza.

He once had a restraining order taken out on him because he was harrassing the local meteorological office with fan mail of an adult nature.

Not harrassing the staff, but the actual office itself.
