I was told to use you to install Windows 11 on some of my older computers.
I don't know why my friends suggested you, how you do it, or even how they know you, but a couple of people told me you were the way to do it.
Can you please put Windows 11 on my i7 6700k, i5 6600k and Ryzen 5 3600?
Thanks.

Re: Roofus
So they were right that Roofus would get Windows 11 on my PC's with old or no TPM! because Roofus put me onto the other Rufus. either way. Thanks again!!!
In all seriousness, I'm holding off W11 for a while, in my limited experience with it (3 computers and none of them mine so far) it's been many annoying and stupid changes for no reason and shit constantly getting in the way.
I'm likely to skip it entirely until Windows 12 comes out and is good, continuing the tradition of every second major release of windows sucking ass!

I honestly don't understand the hate. Just move the start menu back to the left and there's a registry hack to restore the old right click menu and it's a perfectly cromulent OS.

I mean, it's not Vista or 8 bad, it is at least a functional OS, which on launch, neither of them were... It's more sort of Windows 2000 or Millenium edition bad, highly unnecessary after 98SE and doesn't do too much better, while doing a bunch of things worse as well as looking worse for no reason.Roofus wrote: Tue Nov 05, 2024 4:24 pm I honestly don't understand the hate. About the only thing better I've seen 11 do is updates, in that each and every update doesn't completely break the computer each and every fucking time.

I may use it on my daily because the security will eventually become an issue, but in the mean time I'll cling to 10 like I clung to 95, and 98SE, and XP, and 7.
Even if most people do forget that eventually even the BAD windows releases got cromulent, the damage was already done and people will never see them as GOOD, even when they were actually better (8.1 by the end was shitting all over windows 7, but I never bothered upgrading my main, and I think 11 will do the same thing)

Copy and paste this into Notepad, save it as menu.reg, apply it and reboot.
