I've seen several of these portable consoles lately. They also have a portable PS2 and Gamecube
They are kind of neat but super expensive. They each go for around $700. The Dreamcast is less but still expensive at about $500.
Like I said they are kind of neat but are also pretty much pointless. You can get a portable device that will emulate all those consoles plus many more. And the games will look better due to being able to increase the resolution.
I just don't see anyone actually using these. They are the type of thing that hardcore collectors will buy maybe use a couple of times then sit it on a shelf never to be used again.
If these had existed back in the day though you better believe I would have dropped $500 to have a fully portable Dreamcast!
