I kind of remember
It looks like I said an 8TB SSD was $1,500. I just checked Newegg and the cheapest one now is $774.99 so nearly half of what they were only a year ago!
If only the same could be said about video cards. The 1660 Super I bought in April 2020 is now going for around $600! That is only about $200 less than I paid for the entire PC I built! The card I replaced the 1660 Super with was an R9 290X and now some of the 8 year old 290X cards are going for more than I paid for the 1660 Super! That is INSANE! I feel bad for people who are trying to build a new gaming PC right now. It is basically impossible without hugely overpaying for a GPU.
Whoops! I just turned your joke post into a serious one!

3 and a half years later and the cheapest ones are now $579.99 a $195 drop in price! This time I'll post a screenshot (or a screenie as you Aussies say) so in a few more years we can be like, WOW! You can get one of those on Ebay for $50!Calavera wrote: Fri Jun 18, 2021 12:06 am I kind of rememberIt looks like I said an 8TB SSD was $1,500.
