I love seeing stuff like that but man it makes me sad 
When my German Shepherd was alive he lost his sight due to a brain tumor. We didn't realise he was losing his sight (or lost it fully) until it was way too late because he'd still navigate the yard and steps just fine, unless he was excited. It wasn't until towards the end of his life it was a problem.
I will say this though, it got really hard towards the end with his sight and other issues so I don't know if I could do it again any time soon, but I'm glad some people do take dogs like this.

Things are probably a bit easier with a dog that's born blind than one that goes blind later in life.

I assumed that too, they had to learn to live like that where as mine just lost. Who knows if it was quick or slow
