That's just how he talks, he never breaks character even in shoot interviews. It was on his Instagram so this wasn't a Cameo. He was on heroin bad enough to rob a bank for drug money, so he obviously did have mental health problems. I also wouldn't be surprised if he had depression from CTE since he's been doing hardcore matches since 1999.

I liked the show. It was so dumb it was funny. And Brian Knobbs was great when he came on. He should have gotten a spin off where they take him to fancy events but he just acts like Brian Knobbs and caused havoc.
