I think another HUGE problem with Subway is that they constantly give out coupons that undervalue their product. I go 1-2 times a month because
A. there’s a Subway damn near everywhere, and
B. every time I get on the app, they are offering basically half off subs.
I’m so used to paying less, when Subway sounds good but I don’t have a coupon, I pass.

Subway is the food you have when you can't be fucked making your own sandwich.

You tell yourself it's ok, because it's supposedly not as bad for you as other fast food.

But if I'm too lazy to make my own food, and I'm already paying out the ass I may as well get a full on burger with the lot, and a chips and a dim sim and a coke for the exact same price as a single fucking sandwich.

The other options have gotten a little more expensive at the Costco food court. There's a turkey sandwich that's like $7, same thing with the Caesar salad.

My money is on the pizza though. I did a takeout order for my kid's birthday party and it tasted better than eating it at the store.

If I wanted musks or fruit tingles, I'd buy musks or fruit tingles. I want a simple tube of god damn life savers, and apparently they don't exist here anymore.
