She was a one hit wonder forgotten by history, but she had an interesting career ending scandal. A newspaper was interested in what she claimed she was (A female gang member who did a bunch of wild shit) and dug into her past. They ended up interviewing her mother who said she was just a good god fearing girl who never got in trouble, was a ballerina and went to college and it immediately killed her career. Other gangsta rappers, few were what they claimed, were scared to death they were going to be exposed next for a while.

Arrested Development didn't age well at all. Digable Planets held up, though. Their second record flopped just because it came out in the middle of gangsta rap and they were putting out songs about socialism. Arrested Development put out a Trainwreckord
