It does look like the set of a kids show.

This is the stuff Cornette talks about being in an apartment, when he talks about people with Japanese fetishes and whatever that person from ROH told him about, but it's the ground floor of an old office building. The place is called Ichigaya Chocolate Square, some Gatoh Move shows are also held there. Don't think there would be too many people whacking off to this stuff, there's nothing sexual or erotic about it. It's just some goofy fun.
