I thought with Rick and Morty they used a sound alike and Solar Opposites just went the other direction and changed the voice entirely

Letterkenny is ending with the 12th season coming Christmas day.
I will miss it, but it's probably time. Apparently the spinoff shoresy is getting a 3rd season, but it's just not funny.

Letterkennys launch in 2016 made it a beacon of light in a world that was rapidly turning to shit.

The world lost David Bowie and Prince, and of course the Americans went completely fucking batshit and elected a joke candidate as their leader, people of the world shot random gorillas and people in gay clubs. That's not to mention all the usual earthquakes and terrorism.

When the whole world went to proper actual shit, and not just major isolated incidents, Letterkenny made it tolerable.

I will miss this show more than I've missed any show since Futurama ended.

Terminator Anime by Production I.G Reveals Teaser Video

Terminator anime series by Production I.G, Skydance, and Matthew Tomlin revealed a teaser video earlier today. The anime was initially announced in 2021, but there has been no news since. Tomlin and Production I.G are also working on the upcoming BRZRKR adaptation, which is also coming to Netflix.

Not much is known about the Terminator anime at this time, as this is the first piece of promotional content for it. The franchise started with the 1984 The Terminator movie, directed by James Cameron. The movie brought Arnold Schwarzenegger to fame and has since become a classic, with several sequels, video games, novels, and more. The anime was announced as “coming soon”:


The president and CEO of Production I.G, Mitsuhisa Ishikawa, commented on the initial announcement, saying:
“I asked my long-time friend and colleague Mamoru Oshii what he thought about the idea of turning the ‘Terminator’ into an animated series. His response was ‘Ishikawa, are you insane?’ At that instant, I was confident that we should get on board. As huge fans, our team at Production I.G is putting their heart and souls into creating this series. We hope fans will enjoy it!”

The plot of the movie follows a cyborg assassin known as a Terminator, who travels from 2029 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor, whose unborn son will save mankind in the future. Sent to protect Sarah is Kyle Reese, who divulges the coming of Skynet, an artificial intelligence system that will spark a nuclear holocaust. With the virtually unstoppable Terminator in hot pursuit, she and Kyle attempt to escape.

According to Clarkson on Instagram:

"Been a busy day. No more Grand Tour after next year but a LOT more Clarkson’s Farm"

The next, and final special is due at some point next year.
This will mark the end of a 21 year love affair for myself.

The grand tour ending is a genuinely saddening moment.

ANYWAY...
Hopefully, May and Hammond keep making their individual shows as well
