The emphasis is on the ground meat making it a burger. A chicken cutlet or fish filet aren't ground meat. If you grind up chicken or turkey meat and form it into a patty then we call it a burger. If you slice up beef and put it on buns it's not a burger, it's a beef sandwich.

Currently in a long ass line at Popeyes to get one. This is nuts.
I was on my own for dinner Saturday night, so I decided to drive over to the nearest Popeyes. Cars were lined up around the restaurant and almost out into the street. I kept driving I hope the CHICKEN SANDWICH is everything you hoped it would be.

Employee told me they have to take their own personal cars to pick up more chicken it's so nuts.
Yeah that'll happen sometimes, driving to other locations to pick up extra supplies. My brother used to do that when he worked at McDonald's in high school.
When it comes to food, there are plenty of other subtle differences in assumptions. A chicken "burger" would be assumed to be a patty of ground chicken in the US, where in the UK it might be a whole chicken breast on a bun. A British "sandwich" is assumed to be made with sliced bread while an American one might be on a baguette, bagel, or roll.
I live an hour away from the nearest Chick-fil-A, so Popeyes is our only salvation. I'm okay with that, I like my chicken places to be gritty and not be an evangelical church of chicken.
The only thing I ever want from Chick-fil-A is a chicken biscuit in the morning, no one else seems to have that.

I like this place that is a gas station that sells chicken and crack pipes with the rose inside (so they can deny what it is to cops.)
Well I went down to the Kentucky Fried Chicken last night.
The branding is stupid. I called my brother and asked if he wanted something from Kentucky Fried Chicken.
and he said he didn't feel like KFC. GENIUS, why don't we all start calling it KFC to save time?
If every single person in the entire world uses the letters KFC to mean Kentucky Fried Chicken, I am sure we could make it stick somehow...
I wish I could have tried one, but the nearest Popeyes to me is 30 miles away and that one is terrible. I’d have to drive 60 miles just to go to one that’s decent.
