Last night, I made it again. And I ate it. It was, in every sense, a fat sandwich. A sandwich of fat. It’s simultaneously flaccid and crisp and chewy, as if a truck bomb of salt and MSG detonated in your mouth. It tastes exactly what you’d expect a sandwich with an 8-piece bucket worth of chicken skin shingled between bread would taste like. It has the flavor density of fried chicken factorial.

Depending on the flavor, it could actually be good. Cinnamon isn't the worst spice for pork, just depends on how sweet they make.

Golden Wok changed their Dim sims and Ian is angry!
The new shit ones taste pretty good if you deep fry them in Yorkfoods Lard.
Just to clarify, I used to steam the old golden wok dim sims in a pressure cooker...
Steamed dim sims with a small splash of kikkoman soy sauce = PERFECT!!
THEN they changed the dim sims so you have to deep fry them in FUCKING LARD to get ANY sort of flavour.

And don't get me started on kikkoman soy sauce.. Used to be sauce.. A bottle would last 1-2 years... Now it's like fucking water and you need a quarter of a bottle for 6 dim sims.. GET FUCKED, MAKE IT SAUCE AGAIN, NOT SOY FLAVOURED FUCKING WATER!!!!
