From roughly 11PM I stayed up until 5AM replaying Samba De Amigo.
The most batshit insane rhythm game ever.
It makes Rhythm Heaven Fever look boring and tame in comparison.
I've not played this game in a long, long, long time and it sort of loses some of the batshit insane appeal without the actual maracas, but it did make it a lot more playable with the D-pad and face buttons.
I member playing with the actual maracas, first time I used them I smacked one into the ceiling and uprooted the sensor bar thingy when cables weren't long enough because I am very tall and realised that even on the max height setting, the maraca mat couldn't handle how fucken tall I am, so I had to play the game sitting down
once I did sit down, they kinda had like a slight lag. Anyway and you had to get good.
A problem with the game is that if I try and play it I'm missing the psycho fever dream happening in the background while I focus on some little dots.
The only other problem is that now I've had my fill of a nights fun, I won't need to buy the switch one because even the first time I played it, it didn't hold my attention as a game for more than a week. The soundtrack though is still great (the original and version 2000 on Dreamcast) haven't tried the fake ass Wii or switch ones.

Also, I support putting the voice "Presented by Sega HEHE" from the start of the game on every past, present and future Sega game.
