Re: Celebrity Death Thread
His stuff from the nineties was pretty good, classic schlocky country. But man, 9/11 ruined country in a big way and Toby Keith made a lot of money.

I just finished it, it was really good. Some really good moments with the record execs. And those questions were wild at that news conference after Frank ratted out the whole operation. Reporters were out of their minds back then.Bandit wrote: Thu Jan 25, 2024 5:37 am
Did you see the Milli Vanilli documentary on Paramount+? It was very good. Farian refused to be interviewed for it, but his assistant/ex-girlfriend did.
Obligatory rip bozo to Frank Farian.

I am sure many will blow a load in her memory!
Seriously though, that sucks. Many people in the adult industry are shamed and demonized simply for getting older. Very sad. RIP and I hope she has peace and light in the beyond.

I can't say I'm a big fan of his work, but his character designs are probably some of the most recognisable and distinctive ever. Be it anime or manga or videogames his influence was legendary and the world will be a little bit worse without him.

DBZ and Chrono Trigger were cornerstones of the 90s U.S. weeb culture for me.

I would agree coming from the Chrono Trigger discourse. Those PS1-era FMVs they added to the game have its fans and critics alike.
