Safari on my phone says that in the past seven days it has stopped 101 trackers from profiling me. I kinda get this, but I don’t know if I should be worried.
Ideas?

There are no trackers on BG. It's probably just the cookie you get when you login.

Those would be from embedded media, so Youtube links, images etc., etc.
Nothing to worry about. They can be blocked though if you are worried about them.
