Yeah, Lois has a good sense of humor if she's laughing at Tony jokingly calling her an alcoholic and making fun of their sex life. And like with JR's wife she has to be cool to have let him hang out with Flair at bars for 20 years.

And it's weird that in shoots nobody ever said Tony was funny so I was really surprised. I was expecting a serious podcast like Bischoff's but Tony just acts crazy. He did a serious sports talk show but he should have been a shock jock on some rock station.

But it's really too bad Bobby Heenan can't talk because his podcast would have been the greatest show ever.

Will have to check out Tony's podcast. Have to agree on Bobbys too that would have been great.

Poor Tony. He single handedly kills the myth that all Italians have huge dongs. :(

Kris & David are joined by Bruce Mitchell (Pro Wrestling Torch) to discuss the week that was April 12-18, 1989. We discuss Barry Windham (Burt Reynolds’ favorite wrestler) being fired from the NWA and all the other major changes the NWA was making until Jim Herd. We also talk about Jumbo Tsuruta turning heel and unifying AJPW’s titles to form the Triple Crown, NJPW’s tough guys, Jarrett Promotions craziness, Roddy Piper tearing it up in Portland, and just how much did No Holds Barred cost to make. A great show with Bruce telling some awesome stories, so check it out!!!

Russo objected to Keller noting that Shane McMahon’s punches don’t look good, remarking that he’s a “pansy who must have never thrown a punch in his life.” (Keller, for whatever it’s worth, is a lifelong martial artist.)
Everybody and their mother's have said Shane's punches are awful. Does Russo think a UFC fighter would praise his punches?

Shit, he's back with another one Cornette in the WWF

Heads up: they do 20 minutes of ads and live show plugs in the beginning, so skip to about 19:50.

The Worst Russo Show Ever

He sings a song he wrote about smart marks being gay. It has to be heard to be believed. It starts at about 9 minutes. He's lost his mind. Quite fitting he's living in a cabin in the woods.

Something to Wrestle With: Global

But I don't think it got horrible until after he went back to the WWF, so he might not have the funny stories. When Bruce was there was the Lightning Kid vs Jerry Lynn and Eddie Gilbert good era. I think Skandar Akbar was the one who booked all the terrible shit in the end.

I really hope Elizabeth doesn't win the poll for next week. They've already talked about her several times on other shows. I don't think there's anything new to tell about her. WWECW or Bulldog would be better. The Vince vs God feud is something that could be covered on a Love To Know episode, that doesn't need 2 hours.

I just put a vote in for WWECW, which is 4% ahead of Liz.
